All sales are final
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive and degrade rapidly outside of our controlled facility, we cannot accept returns. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to resell any product that leaves our custody.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email support@pantheonpeptides.com within 48 hours. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
Wrong product
If you receive a product that doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct product.
Failed quality check
If independent testing shows a product you received is below spec (not matching its COA), we’ll refund or replace at your preference. Send the test report to support@pantheonpeptides.com.
Cancellations
You can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund. Once the tracking number is generated, we can no longer cancel — the order is in the carrier’s system.
